DAY 5

  We imitated paper folds from one of the books to add on to our list of mechanisms to incorporate in our future work. 

Working with just alphabets to create scenes and objects turned out to be quite exciting activity. What i liked about it is the endless possibilities to create the same object with different or same combination of letters.

I chose a bottle as the subject of my story.

In first frame it's kept safely in the side pocket of a back pack . The person drinks water from it, and loses it eventually (like we all do) which is shown in the third frame, a crumpled abandoned bottle.

    Using previous techniques and mechanisms we had to bring animals to life!

DAY 1

     

Making our own journal was the first task assigned to us followed by paper art and pop up mechanisms. Though I struggled a lot at first,  the end result of a pop up kept my spirits up.
